My final project for painting. And it was a pain in the butt....
I had to repaint the background twice cause I didn't like it. And unfortunately it caused a domino effect for the rest of it. I barely finished it in time for it to be graded. *sigh* I know the river looks really weird and out of perspective but I had no time to fix it. My rocks didn't turn out the way I wanted them to. ok enough of my ranting.... This is my deviant ID. My loyal dragon looks out onto his territory as he often does in the sunset. He lives in the Kalicore Valley, where he rules over the lesser dragons. His name is Cale. He may look like he has some green dragon in him, but that's just the way the light reflects off his scales. Turning him to emerald green. Other than that he's pure Blue dragon. I'm still pleased with what I got in the end, and I got a 100 on it...I just wish I had more time to work on it before it was done. MY CHARACTER! MY OWN! YOU TOUCH, I KILL! k?  |

I'm glad you liked it.
The reason I had to repaint it is cause I originally had it as a blue sky. I had already done one oil painting with blue skies so I decided I wanted to make it look different and more fantasy looking.
I didn't say I didnt like the end product...I was happy with what I ended up with. But staring at the same thing for a week and a half trying to get it right is what drove me up the wall.
I just had to rant about it that's all. lol
